About Maria Montessori
Dr. Maria Montessori was an Italian Physician and educator best known for the philosophy of education that bears her name, and writing on scientific pedagogy.
Born on 31st August 1870, Chiaravalle, Italy. She became Italy’s first female physician, researched on children.
“Children are endowed with the power that enables them to reconstruct things which are very complex, and they do so with a great deal of pleasure.”
The Montessori Method of education, named after its founder Dr. Maria Montessori is an approach that believed in the child’s ability to reach his potential on his own if given the freedom & the environment in which to develop naturally.
The child’s needs were the main points kept in mind while forming a curriculum. This did not go well with the educators of that time. She started her first House of Children “Casa-De-Bambini” in Rome, which made a pathway for the Montessori Method. The success of the method took all by surprise.
It’s been more than 100yrs since the method came into practice after a lot of trial & error.
She worked to make sure the child is helped in a way to have self learning and education with zero dependence on the facilitator.

Our Child Care Activities
Safety and security of our children is of utmost importance at Vistas Montessori. To uphold this we have 24 hr CCTV surveillance. Apart from this we have a dedicated lift installed for our children
Vistas Montessori after school day care programme is for children aged from 2 years through 12 years. We provide a comfortable stay with freshly prepared food. We have fun filled out door and in door activities to engage our children under adult supervision. The timings of the Daycare will be 12.30pm to 6.30pm.
Toddlers – Always on the Move.
When your child is all over the place they are discovering their world. Toddlers learn best in safe, loving places where they can explore, in their own way. The activities for this age group are built around toddlers : limitless curiosity and their natural desire to push boundaries. Our toddlers programme starts from children of age group 1.8yrs to 3yrs.
