Mrs. Roja Bhaskar is a graduate from Andhra University majoring in English Literature, Psychology and Office Management.  Her Montessori journey started with the pre-primary and primary training from Indian Institute of Montessori Studies way back in 2006. She has also attained a diploma from Banjara Academy mentored by Dr. Ali Khwaja in Counseling Skills.

The interest to work with the little ones, kindled with the onset of her son’s preschool days. To make sure that there is no stone unturned before she plunged into the field she underwent the training in Montessori followed by a work stint for a period of 3 years in a Montessori House of Children.

An unparalleled support and encouragement from family be it her better half Mr. Bhaskar K or children has always been a great motivation for Vistas Montessori to be, what it is today.
